What an amazing experience! Chris and Lyndsay reached out to me because they wanted to have photos of their newly joined family, Chris and Lyndsay had just gotten married a few months prior. After a few emails back and forth, a date was picked and that was that. Well, about a month before the shoot, Lyndsay messaged me in hopes of moving the shoot to an earlier day. With a little shuffling of the schedule, we made it work. I met the couple, Lyndsay's Mom, and Lyndsay and Chris's child Luca at Ft. Caroline with the light still high but plenty of shaded opportunities. Lyndsay's mom was a God-Send as she was constantly getting Luca to laugh and helping carry all of the equipment. Thank you, thank you, thank you! We moved around the park making good time when Lyndsay asked if she could include a sign in a photo or two. "of course" I said as she pulled out the sign that read "& then there were four". It took me about a moment before I realized, "Lyndsay's pregnant!" After a little celebrating and congratulating, we began snapping photos of the sign that would tell the world their wonderful news. She was desperate to tell the world her news and that's why she was so eager to push the shoot forward a few weeks. What an amazing day for Chris, Lyndsay, Luca, and Lyndsay's mom. I'm so thankful to have been part of this moment and to have been giving this unique opportunity. Just Awesome! This is what makes it all worth it! Shoot Yeah!
